Commission tiers
How each tier is reached and when it applies
At Bronze, the percentage increases retroactively across all eligible sales from the same day. Silver and Gold are determined when the month closes in GMT-5 and begin on the first day of the following month, without recalculating the month that just ended.

Your tier is defined by your performance in the previous month and remains fixed throughout the current month—if you maintain the volume, you keep or improve your tier the following month.

How does the renewal commission work?
You keep earning while you maintain the relationship with your customer.
When you acquire a customer, you earn your commission when the sale closes. But it does not end there: we notify you 15 days before your customer is due to renew their plan.
- If you manage that renewal from your dashboard, you earn a commission on that sale again, according to your active tier that month.
- If the customer renews independently from their own dashboard without your involvement, that renewal does not generate a commission for you.
In short: the closer you stay to your customer portfolio, the more often you get paid. It is not a one-time payment—it is income you can repeat customer by customer, month after month, by actively managing their renewals.
