Terms of use

These terms explain the rules for accessing and using BestTables, its applications, portals, and related features.

Effective September 15, 2026Application: BestTablesJurisdiction: Ecuador
By creating an account, connecting an integration, or using BestTables, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of use. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
SECTION 1

Acceptance and scope

These terms govern access to and use of BestTables. The commercial terms of a plan, request, or subscription may supplement this document. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

SECTION 2

Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for actions performed through your accounts and authorized profiles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You must promptly notify us if you detect unauthorized access, lost credentials, or an incident that may affect the security of your account.

SECTION 3

Permitted use

You may use BestTables to manage your business operations according to your plan and enabled features. You may not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt to access accounts, information, or systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.
  • Copy, resell, decompile, or exploit the platform beyond what the law or written authorization permits.
  • Send malicious or unsolicited content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
SECTION 4

Communications and integrations

When you connect an external account, you authorize BestTables to use it only to perform the features you select, such as sending receipts to your customers. BestTables does not request or store the account's regular password when the connection uses secure authorization.

You can revoke the connection through BestTables or the external account settings. You are responsible for having the required authorizations to send communications and for the accuracy of recipients.

SECTION 5

Information and privacy

You retain any rights you hold in your business information. BestTables may process it to provide, protect, maintain, and improve the service, manage support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Personal data processing is described in greater detail in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 6

Our providers

To operate the platform, we may use providers of infrastructure, storage, security, communications, processing, support, and other technology services. We will seek to select and manage these relationships with reasonable security measures and in accordance with applicable law.

Some features depend on external services. Their availability, rules, and response times may be outside BestTables' direct control.

SECTION 7

Availability and technical changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, corrections, or technical changes and take urgent measures when necessary to protect the platform or its users.

SECTION 8

Intellectual property

BestTables and its software, interfaces, documentation, designs, trademarks, and other protectable components belong to their respective owners. Use of the service grants only a limited, temporary, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable authorization for the applicable term.

SECTION 9

Suspension or termination

We may limit or suspend access in the event of noncompliance, security risk, abusive use, nonpayment, a legal requirement, or a need to protect users and systems. When reasonable and permitted, we will seek to explain the cause and available options.

SECTION 10

Liability

Each user is responsible for the information they enter, the decisions they make, and compliance with their commercial, tax, and legal obligations. To the fullest extent permitted, BestTables is not liable for circumstances attributable to the user, connectivity failures, misuse of credentials, inaccurate information, force majeure, or unavailability of external services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SECTION 11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, or security changes. We will publish the current version at this address and communicate material changes when appropriate.
